At the guest office, visitors can find all the information they need about the festival, accommodation, travel, and everything else related to the film festival. Our guest office opens several weeks before the festival and can be contacted in various ways.

SCHRIFTLICH

From October 9, 2025, the mobile guest office will be located at the festival venue in Haus Schwärzetal, Weinbergstr. 6a, 16225 Eberswalde. During the festival, the guest information office will open one hour before the first performance.

PROVINZIALE

The Provinziale is an international film festival that focuses on films related to home, landscape, city, and country—in other words, to the province in the broadest sense.

The festival shows documentaries, short films, and animated films in four competitions and is complemented by an extensive supporting program of music and film discussions.
